Returns & Exchanges

We want your pup to love their new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please note that for the safety of all pets, items must be free of fur and debris to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the gear is clean, then securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
